IN 2022, WE SET OUT TO CREATE A HAND CRAFTED BAGEL WORTH SHARING.
We went back to the basics and created a bagel with a crisp bubbly exterior and a soft baguette like center. This is not your normal store bought bagel, it’s better! It’s the bagel you never knew you needed, and the one you might end up telling your mom’s second cousins twice removed neighbor about.
